27 April 2010 P38 INC. Supports the new Ontario Regulation 440/08 Requiring Fire Services Approval for Risk and Safety and Safety Management Plan with Fire Safety Planning, Protection and Preparedness Resources
Local Fire Services, under the new Ontario Regulation 440/08, are required to approve all components of the Risk and Safety Management Plan that address fire protection, fire safety, and emergency preparedness for the safe operation of a propane retail outlet, filling plant, cardlock/keylock, private outlet or container refill centre.
