London, Ontario, Canada – May 26, 2009

SLEEGERS Tanks Inc., based in London, Ontario, Canada has today announced it has invested as a shareholder in P38 Inc. In addition to making this financial commitment, SLEEGERS will utilize its significant technical expertise to assist the P38 organization. P38 Inc. has been formed by a number of propane industry leaders, and it has five main purposes:

• Aggressively pursue propane demand growth in the transportation segment
• Supply best of class platform specific engine conversion technologies
• Improve the public perception, knowledge and commercial awareness of propane
• Conform to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and product safety
• Explore synergies to enhance customer value proposition
