EDPRO Energy Group Inc. is pleased to announce the incorporation of P38 Inc. as of February 11, 2008. The shareholders include Budget Propane of Valleyfield, Quebec and EDPRO of London, Ontario. Other industry leaders may be invited to participate as P38 Inc. develops.
P38 Inc. has been formed to fulfill five main purposes:
Andy Bite of EDPRO stated that “propane as a transportation fuel is an ideal solution for high consumption light duty fleets in the Province of Ontario and elsewhere. Propane offers fuel cost savings to fleets in this time of escalating fuel costs and it also offers significant environmental benefits.”
Guy Marchand of Budget Propane said, “I am delighted to be part of the P38 Inc. initiative and am excited about the prospect of developing the transportation fuel markets in the Province of Quebec and in eastern Ontario.”
Propane is the most cost effective and easiest clean fuel for high consumption fleets to implement. Propane supply is abundant in Canada and it is Canada’s most responsible and available alternative transportation fuel.

- Aggressively pursue propane demand growth in the transportation segment
- Supply best in class platform specific engine conversion technologies
- Improve the public perception, knowledge and commercial awareness of propane
- Conform to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and product safety
- Explore synergies to enhance the customer value proposition
